Pricing
No guessing game.
Where a product has a published price, it is on this page exactly as the product itself states it. Where a product is free, it is free without a catch: tips never unlock features. Where the right scope depends on your situation, we quote after one conversation and put retention, export, and exit terms in writing before you sign.
Published prices
Exactly as each product states them.
APMSG
In developmentPackages published in the app: $20 for 2,000 credits, $60 for 6,600 credits (10% more per dollar), $100 for 11,500 credits (15% more per dollar), and $14.99 for 90 days of line access. Credits are spent per action: 85 for a delivered message, 200 for a call, and 150 to assign a dedicated line for 30 days. Prices are held by the service and the real charge is verified against them before anything is granted. Purchases are not switched on, so no card is charged and no credits are added today.
Aya Scam & Privacy Lookup
Early accessCredit packs: 10 Secure Lookups $9.99 (100 credits), 30 Secure Lookups $24.99 (300 credits), 75 Secure Lookups $49.99 (750 credits), 100 Secure Lookups $59.99 (1,000 credits). Buying inside the Android app costs more to absorb the app store's commission; the in-app amount is set by the store and shown to you before you buy. Subscriptions: Personal Scam Shield $9.99/month (120 credits/month), Advanced Scam Shield $19.99/month (300 credits/month), Family Scam Shield $34.99/month (600 credits/month, up to 6 consenting members), Personal Scam Shield Annual $99.99/year (1,440 credits/year), Family Scam Shield Annual $349.99/year (7,200 credits/year). Usage: standard lookup 10 credits, multi-source investigation 25 credits, suspicious-message analysis 2 credits. Voicemail review is priced at 10 credits and specialist voice-authenticity analysis at 15 additional credits per started 15 seconds (120 seconds maximum), but both are switched off by default and are not available on every account — ask before counting on them. No free plan, no signup credits, and no unlimited product anywhere in the catalog.
Public search is free and requires no account: rule search, standards search, license directory, and provider directory all cost nothing, as do the provider spreadsheet export and the statistics methodology page. The optional telephone complaint-preparation service is published at $5.00, charged by ASL LLC and clearly not a state filing fee; the state agencies also accept complaints directly with no ASL fee, and card charging on the phone line is currently switched off pending final acceptance. Optional donations of $5, $10, $20, or $50 are offered on both sites and change nothing about access, results, or eligibility. Agency and board contract pricing is not published.
Free. Searching, both languages, and every surface cost nothing. Optional one-time donations of $5, $10, $20 or $50 are offered through Stripe's own hosted checkout - all four amounts confirmed live on 2026-09-02; the application never receives card numbers, donations are not represented as tax-deductible, and giving never changes access, ordering, or results. The donation buttons stay disabled unless all four payment links are configured and valid. A published refund policy covers duplicate, incorrect-amount or unauthorized donations reported within 14 days of the charge, reviewed case by case.
Outside Access
In developmentThe app is free and there is no subscription. You buy one-time credit packs that never expire: Starter $9.99 for 100 credits, Everyday $19.99 for 250, Plus $34.99 for 500, and Launch Max $49.99 for 750. Work is priced in credits at fixed, published rates: a research request is 15 credits, a drafted document is 15, reading public posts is 5 (10 if public images are pulled along), and every delivery stamp is 5 credits — a text is one stamp and each attached image is one more, up to five. The first credit transfer to a new person must be at least 5 credits, which cover the welcome message. Prices are set by the service, and a checkout whose amount, currency, or credit grant does not match is refused.
Pillow Pair
LiveFree. No price, paid tier, subscription or purchase appears anywhere in the product or its documentation, and access does not depend on payment. The only amounts Pillow Pair ever names are optional one-time support contributions — the browser version offers $5, $10, $20 and $50, and the Android app carries a single support link — and contributions are stated never to unlock features, change fit scores, or affect access or rankings.
USD $49.99, one-time purchase through the Microsoft Store, confirmed against the live Store record on 2026-09-02. No subscription and no in-app purchase. No technician, site, or multi-machine licence is published. The phone companion is intended as a separate one-time USD $9.99 app but is not published and has no store record.
ASL Shredder
InternalThe personal app is designed around a one-time $9.99 lifetime purchase with no subscription, and that price is written into the app's own screens, but it is not listed for sale anywhere, so nobody can buy it today. Organization and platform use would be priced with the ASL product it protects, and no price list is published. Ask us and we will quote your situation.
StubSafe
LiveFree. Every feature — document creation, PDF export, profiles, batch, local history, encrypted vaults and the built-in manual — is available with no subscription and no per-document charge. Optional one-time support is published at $5, $10, $20 and $50 on the web, handled by Stripe so StubSafe never sees card details. The Android app contains no in-app purchase at all: its support link simply opens the same support page in your browser. Supporting StubSafe never unlocks a feature, changes access, or alters a generated pay stub.
Viavitna
LivePublished. Owned licence: $12,000 one-time plus $2,400/year for updates and support, or $6,000/year all-in. Hosted: $149/month Starter, $399/month Business, $899/month Scale — flat, never metered per question. Multi-site or multi-brand: $25,000–$75,000/year, scoped with your team. A content-fit review, in which we build a private draft from your material and test ten of your real questions, is offered at no charge and requires no purchase. The Android client has an intended one-time price of $9.99 but is not on sale yet, and it is only a client — it includes no server, tenant, hosting, or service plan.
Free
Free means free.
These are supported by optional tips and by the commercial products on this site. Support never unlocks features or changes what anyone can access.
HomelessHelper
A free nationwide finder for shelter, food, healthcare and showers. No account, and every listing says where it came from.
Free to use. No account is required to find help, and the product contains no payment, subscription or billing of any kind. No pricing is published for organizations that want their own version.
Quoted
Everything else is scoped, then priced.
A town of 260 people and a group practice with four offices do not need the same thing, so we do not pretend a price list would be honest. One conversation establishes users, boundaries, and the first useful proof. You get a written scope, a price, and the exit terms before anything starts.
What you will never see on an ASL quote: a per-question meter on an AI product, a fee to export your own data, or a surprise at the exit.
