Outside Access Terms of Service

These app-specific terms (“App Terms”) govern use of Outside Access: Authorized preparation and delivery of research, documents, and communications to verified recipients.

Relationship to the Master Terms

These App Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. Both documents apply. If they conflict, these App Terms control only for Outside Access and the conflicting subject.

Outside Access-specific conditions

• You must be authorized to access every connected account, source, recipient, and delivery channel.
• You must verify the recipient and comply with facility, provider, account, copyright, and communication rules.
• Outside Access does not bypass authentication, monitoring, content review, delivery limits, or third-party restrictions.
• Delivery can be delayed, rejected, modified, or monitored by third-party systems. Do not use the service for emergencies.

Authorized use and information

You must use the application only in a lawful and authorized manner. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, consent, and legality of information you enter and for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.

Availability and preview services

Features may be beta, pilot, or prototype services and may change, contain errors, or stop without notice. We do not promise that a feature, integration, source, or result will remain available.

Privacy, communications, and contact

The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Any SMS or MMS messaging requires separate consent and is governed by the SMS and MMS Terms. Review the project page or use the contact form with questions.
