Outside Access Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Outside Access collects, uses and protects information, and supplements the Auto Secure Login Privacy Policy. Both apply; where this notice gives more detail or protection for Outside Access, it controls for Outside Access.
What it collects
- A sponsor account (email address, password hash) and credit purchases
- Requests sent by you or your person, and the answers and up to five images delivered back
- Delivery records and stamp usage
Why it is used
To classify, research and draft what was asked, deliver it to your person, and account for credits.
Where it lives and where it goes
Request text goes to an outside AI provider for classification, research and drafting, without your account details. Answers are delivered through a third-party correctional messaging service using the service’s own authorized account; you are never asked for your own messaging sign-in, and there is no field that would accept it.
Who else receives it
- An outside AI provider, which receives request text only
- A correctional messaging service, which is not affiliated with us and whose rules and monitoring apply to anything delivered
- Our payment processor for credit packs
- Our messaging and email providers for account notices
How long it is kept
Requests, answers and delivery records stay with your account so you can see what was sent; payment records are kept for accounting.
Sensitive information
Correspondence with an incarcerated person.
