ASL Therapy Terms of Service
These app-specific terms (“App Terms”) govern use of ASL Therapy: Bilingual practice operations, client engagement, documentation, scheduling, billing, assignments, and organization-readiness workflows for therapists.
Relationship to the Master Terms
These App Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. Both documents apply. If they conflict, these App Terms control only for ASL Therapy and the conflicting subject.
ASL Therapy-specific conditions
- Each organization is responsible for clinical decisions, professional licensure, informed consent, documentation standards, billing accuracy, retention schedules, access policies, and every law or payer rule that applies to its practice.
- Software features, templates, safeguards, and implementation guidance can support a compliance program but do not by themselves establish an organization’s HIPAA compliance or replace a documented risk analysis, workforce training, contracts, policies, and ongoing oversight.
- Clinical notes, summaries, homework, reports, translations, reminders, and other generated or assisted content require review by an authorized qualified professional before release or reliance.
- ASL Therapy is not an emergency or crisis service. Organizations must publish and follow their own urgent-care, crisis, after-hours, and mandated-reporting procedures.
Authorized use and information
You must use the application only in a lawful and authorized manner. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, consent, and legality of information you enter and for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.
Availability and early-access features
Some features are labelled Early access or In development. They may change, contain errors, or stop without notice, and we do not promise that a feature, integration, source, or result will remain available. The product page states the current status of each surface.
Privacy, communications, and contact
The ASL Therapy privacy notice and the Privacy Policy explain information handling. Any SMS or MMS messaging requires separate consent through the public ASL Therapy opt-in page and is governed by the program-specific SMS/MMS terms. Review the project page or use the contact form with questions.
