Pillow Pair Terms of Service

These app-specific terms (“App Terms”) govern use of Pillow Pair: Explainable pillow-fit estimates based on user information and optional under the person's control measurements.

Relationship to the Master Terms

These App Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. Both documents apply. If they conflict, these App Terms control only for Pillow Pair and the conflicting subject.

Pillow Pair-specific conditions

• Pillow Pair provides general product-comparison estimates and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an ergonomic guarantee.
• Measurements, classifications, and recommendations may be inaccurate or unsuitable for an individual.
• Stop using a product that causes pain, numbness, breathing difficulty, worsening symptoms, or other concerning effects.
• Consult a qualified clinician for persistent pain, injury, sleep, neurological, respiratory, or other medical concerns.

Authorized use and information

You must use the application only in a lawful and authorized manner. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, consent, and legality of information you enter and for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.

Availability and early-access features

Some features are labelled Early access or In development. They may change, contain errors, or stop without notice, and we do not promise that a feature, integration, source, or result will remain available. The product page states the current status of each surface.

Privacy, communications, and contact

The Pillow Pair privacy notice and the Privacy Policy explain information handling. Any SMS or MMS messaging requires separate consent through the public Pillow Pair opt-in page and is governed by the program-specific SMS/MMS terms. Review the project page or use the contact form with questions.
