Pillow Pair Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Pillow Pair collects, uses and protects information, and supplements the Auto Secure Login Privacy Policy. Both apply; where this notice gives more detail or protection for Pillow Pair, it controls for Pillow Pair.

What it collects

• Measurements derived on your device from front and side photos, which are never uploaded
• Your questionnaire answers, fit estimate, saved results and follow-ups, if you create an optional account
• In guest mode, de-identified operational counters from the browser version, and anonymous check-ins including any free-text note

Why it is used

To estimate the pillow height your neck needs and rank named pillows against it.

Where it lives and where it goes

Photos stay on the device. Account data is held on our systems; guest mode sends only de-identified counters and anonymous check-ins.

Who else receives it

• Our payment processor, only if you donate
• The app store, if you install the app from one

How long it is kept

Account data until you delete it; guest data is not linked to you.
