ASL Municipal Utilities Terms of Service
These app-specific terms (“App Terms”) govern use of ASL Municipal Utilities: Bilingual utility billing, meter, resident-service, field-work, workforce-location, and operational accountability workflows for public-service organizations.
Relationship to the Master Terms
These App Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. Both documents apply. If they conflict, these App Terms control only for ASL Municipal Utilities and the conflicting subject.
ASL Municipal Utilities-specific conditions
- The participating organization remains responsible for rates, ordinances, notices, due process, billing adjustments, collections, service actions, public-record duties, retention, accessibility, and every applicable local, state, and federal requirement.
- Meter readings, worker locations, routes, time records, balances, and account records depend on authorized devices and user input and must be reviewed before billing, discipline, service interruption, or another consequential action.
- Workforce location features may be used only for authorized business purposes and with required notices, policies, access controls, retention limits, and labor-law review.
- Residents should use published emergency and utility-outage channels for urgent hazards. Portal submissions do not guarantee immediate response.
