ASL Direct Intake Terms of Service
These app-specific terms (“App Terms”) govern use of ASL Direct Intake: Bilingual intake workflows for legal and professional-service organizations.
Relationship to the Master Terms
These App Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. Both documents apply. If they conflict, these App Terms control only for ASL Direct Intake and the conflicting subject.
ASL Direct Intake-specific conditions
- Submitting an intake does not create an attorney-client, professional, fiduciary, or confidential relationship with Auto Secure Login or a participating organization.
- The service does not provide legal advice, determine eligibility, promise representation, or guarantee a response.
- Automated summaries and translations may contain errors and require human review.
- Do not rely on the service for emergencies, imminent deadlines, or time-sensitive filings. Contact a qualified professional or emergency service directly.
Authorized use and information
You must use the application only in a lawful and authorized manner. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, consent, and legality of information you enter and for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.
Availability and early-access features
Some features are labelled Early access or In development. They may change, contain errors, or stop without notice, and we do not promise that a feature, integration, source, or result will remain available. The product page states the current status of each surface.
Privacy, communications, and contact
The ASL Intake privacy notice and the Privacy Policy explain information handling. Any SMS or MMS messaging requires separate consent through the public ASL Direct Intake opt-in page and is governed by the program-specific SMS/MMS terms. Review the project page or use the contact form with questions.
