ASL Intake Privacy Notice
This notice explains how ASL Intake collects, uses and protects information, and supplements the Auto Secure Login Privacy Policy. Both apply; where this notice gives more detail or protection for ASL Intake, it controls for ASL Intake.
What it collects
- What callers say, transcribed — not recorded — after a spoken disclosure
- Names, contact details, dates and legal facts entered into the firm’s workspace
- Matters, time entries, billing and the trust ledger
- Encrypted intake-form submissions, which go straight to storage the firm owns under a key we do not hold
Why it is used
To answer calls in English or Spanish, structure intakes, and run matters for the firm.
Where it lives and where it goes
Speech recognition is performed by a speech provider. Encrypted form submissions go to the firm’s own storage; we cannot open them, and neither can anyone if the firm loses its key.
Who else receives it
- A speech-recognition provider for transcription
- Our telephony and messaging provider for calls and consented text links
- The firm’s own storage provider for encrypted submissions
How long it is kept
Set by the firm’s agreement with us; matters, work and the trust ledger export to spreadsheet files at any time.
Sensitive information
Legal facts and, where a caller volunteers them, health, immigration or family details.
Your choices
You are the firm’s caller or client: requests go to the firm, and we help it respond.
More
The product also publishes its own notice, which adds detail. The ASL Intake App Terms govern use. Privacy requests: contact@autosecurelogin.com, or the contact form.
