BizManager Terms of Service

These app-specific terms ("App Terms") govern use of BizManager: scheduling, quoting, invoicing, field work, bookkeeping and client communication for service businesses.

Relationship to the Master Terms

These App Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. Both documents apply. If they conflict, these App Terms control only for BizManager and the conflicting subject.

BizManager-specific conditions

• Each business controls its own account, team, clients, prices, schedule, messages, payments and records, and is responsible for the accuracy of its quotes and invoices, its tax settings, and the licences, insurance and permits its trade requires.
• A business must have its clients' consent before texting them and must honor every opt-out. BizManager records consent and blocks texts without it.
• Client payments are processed by the business's own payment provider; Auto Secure Login does not hold client funds.
• Estimates, weather forecasts, routes and reports are aids and may be incomplete; they do not guarantee results, revenue, or legal or tax compliance.
• A business that handles protected health information must turn on PHI mode and sign the business associate agreement before entering it. PHI mode is permanent once on and applies stricter rules to messages, access and records.

Authorized use and information

You must use the application only in a lawful and authorized manner. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, consent, and legality of information you enter and for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.

Availability and early-access features

Some features may be in early access or in development. They may change, contain errors, or stop without notice, and we do not promise that a feature, integration, or result will remain available.

Privacy, communications, and contact

The BizManager privacy notice and the Privacy Policy explain information handling. Any SMS or MMS messaging requires separate consent and is governed by the BizManager SMS/MMS terms. Use the contact form with questions.
