BizManager Privacy Notice
This notice explains how BizManager collects, uses and protects information, and supplements the Auto Secure Login Privacy Policy. Both apply; where this notice gives more detail or protection for BizManager, it controls for BizManager.
What it collects
- From the business and its team: names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords stored only as a hash, two-step sign-in, and the business's settings
- About the business's clients: what the business enters or the client submits on a booking page, such as name, contact details, service addresses, notes, photos, quotes, invoices, payments, visit history and the consent record for messages
Why it is used
To let the business do its work: scheduling, quotes, invoices, payments, reminders and the records it keeps. It is not used for Auto Secure Login's own advertising and is not sold.
Where it lives
On Auto Secure Login's own server in the United States, with encrypted nightly backups; integration credentials are stored encrypted. Businesses in PHI mode get stricter rules: minimum-necessary messages, audited reads and no third-party tags on their pages.
Who else receives it
- The business's payment provider (Stripe), when the business takes payments online
- QuickBooks Online, Google Ads or Meta, only if the business connects that account (Google and Meta never for PHI-mode businesses)
- Auto Secure Login's email and SMS services and their SMS carrier, to deliver messages
How long it is kept
As long as the business keeps it. The business can export all of its information and delete client records; when a business closes its account, its data is deleted at its request.
Your choices
If you are a client of a business, ask that business to see, correct or delete your information, or reply STOP to its texts. You can also write to contact@autosecurelogin.com.
