Aya Terms of Service
These app-specific terms (“App Terms”) govern use of Aya: Privacy-aware organization of public, telecom, and user-provided signals about suspicious contacts.
Relationship to the Master Terms
These App Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. Both documents apply. If they conflict, these App Terms control only for Aya and the conflicting subject.
Aya-specific conditions
- Results may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and do not prove a person’s identity, intent, location, or conduct.
- Aya may not be used for stalking, harassment, doxxing, discrimination, eligibility decisions, credit decisions, employment screening, tenant screening, or unlawful surveillance.
- Verify important findings through an independent official channel before acting.
- Aya is not an emergency, law-enforcement, credit-reporting, or background-screening service.
Authorized use and information
You must use the application only in a lawful and authorized manner. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, consent, and legality of information you enter and for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.
Availability and preview services
Features may be beta, pilot, or prototype services and may change, contain errors, or stop without notice. We do not promise that a feature, integration, source, or result will remain available.
Privacy, communications, and contact
The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Any SMS or MMS messaging requires separate consent and is governed by the SMS and MMS Terms. Review the project page or use the contact form with questions.
