What it collects

• Owned licence: nothing leaves your building
• Hosted plan: your approved content, and a content-gap record of keyed fingerprints, counts and languages of visitor questions — never their wording

Why it is used

To answer your customers only from your approved content, with a citation for every claim.

Where it lives and where it goes

Hosted answers use a model host we operate; no outside AI service.

Who else receives it

• None

How long it is kept

Hosted content while your plan is active; question fingerprints as configured.

Your choices

Export your content or cancel the hosted plan; an owned licence keeps working.
