Network Sentinel Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Network Sentinel collects, uses and protects information, and supplements the Auto Secure Login Privacy Policy. Both apply; where this notice gives more detail or protection for Network Sentinel, it controls for Network Sentinel.

What it collects

• Your device inventory: addresses, names, advertised services, and when each device was first and last seen
• Console credentials we issue, and an append-only change record
• Alert delivery history

Why it is used

To keep a running record of every device on your network and alert you when something new joins.

Where it lives and where it goes

Your inventory lives in your deployment and is reachable only with a credential we issue. Manufacturer matching runs against a public registry held locally; nothing goes to a third-party lookup service.

Who else receives it

• Google’s push service for Android alerts
• A destination of your choosing, only if you configure one

How long it is kept

As long as your deployment keeps it; the change record is append-only.
