ASL Supervision Terms of Service
These app-specific terms (“App Terms”) govern use of ASL Supervision: Court-authorized device monitoring that records the authority it runs under and refuses anything outside it.
Relationship to the Master Terms
These App Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. Both documents apply. If they conflict, these App Terms control only for ASL Supervision and the conflicting subject.
ASL Supervision-specific conditions
- Monitoring runs only under a documented authorization that the agency records; anything outside it is refused.
- Every category is off by default, and only the agency’s managed-device configuration turns one on.
- No review item is raised automatically. A person reviews and records every item.
- The agency is responsible for lawful basis, notice, device agreements, retention and public-records schedules.
Authorized use and information
You must use the application only in a lawful and authorized manner. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, consent, and legality of information you enter and for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.
Availability and early-access features
Some features are labelled Early access or In development. They may change, contain errors, or stop without notice, and we do not promise that a feature, integration, source, or result will remain available. The product page states the current status of each surface.
Privacy, communications, and contact
The ASL Supervision privacy notice and the Privacy Policy explain information handling. Any SMS or MMS messaging requires separate consent through the messaging consent directory and is governed by the messaging terms. Use the contact form with questions.
