ASL Recovery Center Terms of Service
These app-specific terms (“App Terms”) govern use of ASL Recovery Center: Get deleted files back on Windows, with a written record proving every byte.
Relationship to the Master Terms
These App Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. Both documents apply. If they conflict, these App Terms control only for ASL Recovery Center and the conflicting subject.
ASL Recovery Center-specific conditions
- Nothing recovers overwritten data, and on most solid-state drives a deletion is unrecoverable almost immediately. The app tells you so rather than promising results, and no recovery success rate is claimed.
- It does not bypass BitLocker or any other encryption; without the key, encrypted data stays encrypted.
- Compressed, encrypted and heavily fragmented layouts may be reported and refused rather than partly recovered and presented as complete.
- The purchase is a one-time Microsoft Store purchase with no subscription and no in-app purchase.
Authorized use and information
You must use the application only in a lawful and authorized manner. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, consent, and legality of information you enter and for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.
Availability and early-access features
Some features are labelled Early access or In development. They may change, contain errors, or stop without notice, and we do not promise that a feature, integration, source, or result will remain available. The product page states the current status of each surface.
Privacy, communications, and contact
The ASL Recovery Center privacy notice and the Privacy Policy explain information handling. Any SMS or MMS messaging requires separate consent through the messaging consent directory and is governed by the messaging terms. Use the contact form with questions.
