ASL Therapy practice management software

A licensable bilingual workspace for independent therapists, group practices, court-directed treatment programs and community mental-health organizations—combining scheduling, structured notes, assessments, coordination, billing and reviewed reporting.

01

Operate one practice or many

Each licensed practice has an isolated organization boundary, staff roles, seat limits and records.

  • Practice owner, therapist, scheduler, billing and auditor roles
  • Encrypted identifying and clinical fields
  • Scheduling prepared for ASL Meet
  • Operational audit history without duplicated clinical narratives
02

Support the full workflow around care

Staff can move from inquiry and scheduling through documentation, assessments, coordination and invoicing without losing status.

  • DAP, SOAP, progress and treatment-plan drafts
  • Explicit note signing
  • Assessment results awaiting clinician interpretation
  • Bilingual public and intake patterns
03

Keep high-risk reporting human reviewed

Court, probation and SOMB reporting is fail-closed rather than auto-delivered.

  • Authors cannot approve their own reports
  • Recipient intent is recorded separately
  • Approval is auditable
  • Approval alone never transmits the document

Common questions

Common questions

Is ASL Therapy ready for real protected health information?

No. The current release is a synthetic-data pilot. Live data remains locked until the applicable agreements, risk analysis, policy, training, incident, retention and qualified acceptance work is complete.

Can multiple practices license it?

Yes. Practices have isolated organizations, roles, seats, controls and records.

Does it automatically send court reports?

No. Reports require a second authorized human reviewer, and approval does not automatically transmit a document.
