ASL Tickets Privacy Notice

What it collects

• Requests raised inside a carrying product: subject, body and status, with subject and body stored encrypted
• References to files held in ASL Files — never the files themselves

Why it is used

To track every request your team gets, with an owner and a decision.

Where it lives and where it goes

The queue is shared with everyone in your organization who can open it.

Who else receives it

• None

How long it is kept

There is no delete route in the product today; retention follows the Privacy Policy and your organization’s workflow.

Ask us to produce or remove a request. Not for clinical or protected health information.
