Repo Runner Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Repo Runner collects, uses and protects information, and supplements the Auto Secure Login Privacy Policy. Both apply; where this notice gives more detail or protection for Repo Runner, it controls for Repo Runner.

What it collects

• Cases, vehicles, addresses, evidence files, messages and payment references entered by your company
• Location points from field staff while the app is in use — there is no background location permission and no hidden collection
• Sign-in, audit and legal-hold records

Why it is used

To keep a defensible record of every recovery from assignment through release, billing and audit.

Where it lives and where it goes

Held for your company on our systems; reminder emails go through our email provider.

Who else receives it

• Our email provider for legal-hold reminders
• Your accounting or payment provider, only once your company connects one

How long it is kept

Eligible location points, messages and evidence files: 30 days. Encrypted backups: 30 days. Legal holds are reviewed every 90 days and never released automatically. Accounting and audit records are kept separately.

Consumer, vehicle and employee-location data.

Your choices

Every signed-in user can export their own data from Audit, retention & search; the company controls everything else.
