What it collects
- Counts and yes/no facts about the systems in scope — is the firewall on, is disk encryption active — never passwords, tokens, file contents or network addresses
- The signed authorization scope, and hashes of the scanner, rules and evidence
Why it is used
To produce a posture report you can defend, from an assessment you authorized.
Where it lives and where it goes
Evidence is normalized before an analyst sees it; raw evidence access is exceptional, logged and customer-scoped.
Who else receives it
- None
How long it is kept
Defined per engagement, in writing.
Your choices
