Stop entering the same details into website forms

Less repetitive work. You decide what gets sent.

Practical steps

If you enter the same details into several forms, the problem is not typing speed. It is repeating work you have already done. FormRunner fills website contact forms from your saved details. You review each completed form and decide what to send. The aim is to remove repetitive work while keeping that decision yours.

From a saved detail to the right field

In this fictional example, the profile contains Alex Example and alex@example.invalid. The name belongs in Name; the address in Email; the short inquiry in Subject; and the full text in Message. An ambiguous field or an unanswered required question needs review. It should not receive a made-up answer just to finish faster.

  1. Load only websites you are authorized to use and prepare your details and message.
  2. Check which value belongs in each field. If a site asks a different question, review or adjust the mapping.
  3. Review the completed-form picture and the actual entered values.
  4. In FormRunner, mark the review and confirm Send when appropriate. Each send is a separate decision.
  5. Check the result: a website acknowledgment does not prove that an email reached the recipient.

Try the idea without sending a message

This educational form uses fictional data and works only on this page. It does not run FormRunner, save data or send messages. The button demonstrates details being placed into separate fields; it does not demonstrate the app working on every website.

No details have been filled yet.

If this work needs to connect with other steps in your business, talk with us about a custom solution. An existing app may solve the task; integration makes sense when it removes another round of copying and pasting.
