SiteFit Android: keep an audit usable when text is enlarged
The internal Android update improves navigation, report layout and cancellation so the current audit remains clear on a smaller screen.
Work covered: Sep 28, 2026
An audit is a journey, not just a report screen
SiteFit’s September Android work addressed the steps around requesting and reading a website audit. Enlarged text can make a header, navigation item or result difficult to reach even when the default-size screen looks fine. Version 1.0.1 corrected those layouts and checked the return path through the app.
Keep the result attached to the current request
Cancellation and stale-report handling were part of the same update. A person who cancels or starts a different request should not be left looking at an old result as though it belongs to the current action. Clear state transitions matter because the report may be used to decide what to investigate next.
Preserve the boundary of the native app
The phone work improves the native readiness workflow and its handoff to the advanced console. It does not announce a replacement audit engine or silently activate additional business integrations. A more readable mobile report and a backend feature release are separate milestones with separate evidence.
Internal release acceptance
The September 28 record confirms Android 1.0.1 available to internal testers, with controlled layout and workflow checks. That is not a public production rollout. The useful result is a better-tested phone journey at normal and enlarged text sizes, including the less visible but important cases of going Back, canceling and avoiding a stale report.
