Secure video meeting software for client and team collaboration

Add privacy-conscious video meetings to a real client or staff workflow without forcing every guest to create an account or storing call content on the application server.

01

Fit meetings into the existing workflow

A video call should support the work around it instead of becoming another disconnected inbox.

  • Central sign-in for authorized hosts
  • Account-free invitation links for approved guests
  • Clear handoff from intake, client service or internal review
  • Room locks, participant removal and host-controlled meeting end
02

Keep the call-content boundary understandable

The meeting service can operate with limited account, room and security metadata while audio, video and chat stay out of server-side content storage.

  • Encrypted WebRTC media in transit
  • No server-side call recording, screenshots or chat archive
  • Local recording only when a participant deliberately starts it
  • Visible notice and organizational policy for any permitted recording
03

Deploy as a shared platform capability

A shared collaboration layer reduces duplicate meeting code while each product keeps its own authorization, case records and business rules.

  • Separate OpenID Connect client and exact callback
  • Health, backup and relay monitoring in the Command Center
  • Bilingual public explanation and app-specific terms
  • Privacy-safe links that do not place customer or case details in URLs or room titles

Common questions

Common questions

Straightforward answers about fit, limits and next steps.

Do invited guests need an Auto Secure Login account?

No. An authorized host signs in, creates the room and shares the invite. Guests may join with the room link and a display name.

Does secure video automatically make a meeting compliant for healthcare, legal or other regulated work?

No. Encryption and access controls are useful safeguards, but regulated use also depends on contracts, organizational policy, retention, consent, participant identity and qualified legal or compliance review.

Can the same meeting service support more than one application?

Yes. The meeting layer can be shared while each application controls who may offer a meeting and keeps its own client, case or operational records separate.

Start with context

Turn the need into a useful project brief.

The private planner organizes users, data, language, security and deployment needs before you share contact information.

Build a private project brief

Service descriptions are planning information, not a binding proposal. Scope, price, timeline and security requirements are confirmed through discovery.
