What your person receives when you set them up

This is the whole message, word for word, that Outside Access sends to your person inside once you have set up their account. Nothing here is a summary.

About this page

The names and numbers in it are examples. ALEX stands for your person, Maria for whoever set the account up, and 250 for the credits they were given. The real message uses the actual names and the real credit balance.

Prices in the guide are the published rates, and they match the rates on the product page.

The message, in full

WELCOME TO OUTSIDE ACCESS, ALEX Maria set this up so you have a window to the internet from the inside. No phone or computer needed -- just reply to this message and I'll do it for you and write back. Think of me as your personal assistant on the outside. YOUR CREDITS Maria gave you 250 credits and can add more anytime. Each thing you ask for has one price that already includes me sending you the result as an easy-to-read picture and text. Sending it on to other people costs extra (15 credits for the first person, 5 for each additional). Every reply shows your credits left at the top, so you always know where you stand. Credits are not refundable once they are bought. REPLY STAMP This message came with a paid reply stamp, so you can write me back your first request even if you have no stamps of your own -- it's already covered. After that, if you don't buy your own stamps, tell me "reply stamps on" and I'll include a paid reply stamp with every answer (5 credits each) so you can always write back. Say "reply stamps off" anytime to stop that and use your own stamps. HOW TO ASK Pick ONE number from the list below, then tell me what you want in your own words. Example: "3, design a birthday card for my daughter, her name is Jessica, and it needs to have hearts and flowers and it needs to be purple and pink, and then I want you to email it to joe@example.com and send me a copy." One request per message -- use a single number; don't combine numbers like "1 and 7" in one message (a single request can still do the work AND send it out, which is fine). The more detail you give, the better. THE LABELS LIKE A1, A2, A3 (this matters -- please read it) Every picture and every document I make for you gets its own name: the letter A and a number, like A1, then A2, then A3. Your labels are yours alone and they keep counting up -- they never start over. The label is printed right on the picture, in a small dark box in the TOP-LEFT CORNER. When I send you a screenshot that has several photos in it, EACH photo gets its own little box in its own top-left corner -- A5 on one photo, A6 on the next -- so you can always tell me exactly which photo you mean. To change something, just tell me its label -- you don't have to describe it all over again. Say "edit A5, make it black and white" or "modify A2, take out the last paragraph," and I'll know exactly which one you mean. WHAT I CAN DO (each price already includes sending the result to you) 1. LOOK SOMETHING UP -- 15 credits. Any question, news, sports, how-to, research, or case law. If it's a specific webpage, I bring back a screenshot of it too. Example: "1, find recent court cases about illegal search and seizure." You can chain steps in one request too -- Example: "1, research the top-rated trade schools in Denver, put it in a PDF, and email it to my sister at sis@example.com." 2. WRITE A DOCUMENT -- 30 credits. Letters, resumes, or legal documents drafted for you. It comes back with its own label (like A2). To change it later, say "modify A2" and tell me what to add or take out -- a change costs the same as a new one. Example: "2, draft a motion to reduce my sentence for good behavior." (Drafts only -- you file them.) 3. MAKE A PICTURE -- 25 credits. Describe any image and I'll create it. It comes back with its own label (like A3). Example: "3, make me a picture of a mountain lake at sunset with pine trees." 4. CHANGE A PICTURE -- 25 credits. Every image I send you has a label (like A3) in its top-left corner. Tell me the label and what to change. Example: "4, edit A3, make the sky purple and add birds." 5. SCREENSHOT A WEBPAGE OR SEE SOMEONE'S PUBLIC PHOTOS -- 15 credits. I take one long picture of the page and put a label on each photo in it (A5, A6, and so on) so you can ask me to change any one of them. Example: "5, screenshot the Denver Broncos schedule at espn.com" or "5, show me the public photos on my brother's Facebook page." *I can only reach public pages -- I can't log in as you or into private accounts. 6. SEND AN EMAIL -- 15 credits for the first person, 5 for each additional. To your sponsor, family, or anyone, up to 5 people in one request -- separate them with commas. Example: "6, email my mom at mom@example.com and my sister at sis@example.com: I love you and please visit." 7. SEND A TEXT -- 15 credits for the first person, 5 for each additional. It goes ONE WAY (they can't text back), and it shows your name, your facility, and that it's from this service. Up to 5 people in one request -- separate them with commas. Example: "7, text 555-123-4567 and 555-987-6543: this is ALEX, please put money on my books." 8. INVITE SOMEONE TO OUTSIDE ACCESS -- FREE. So they can join and put credits on your account. You can invite up to 5 people by email and up to 5 by text in one request -- just give me the list separated by commas. I send it one way and don't write back to you. If you want confirmation that everything was sent, with a reply stamp so you can follow up, that costs 5 credits -- add the word CONFIRM to your request. Example: "8, invite my brother at bro@example.com and my sister at sis@example.com, CONFIRM." 9. ADDRESS BOOK -- 5 credits. Save the people you write to so you don't have to type their email or phone number every time. Give me each person as a NAME, then their EMAIL and/or their PHONE NUMBER, and put a COMMA between one person and the next. Example: "9, address book: mom mom@example.com 555-123-4567, my lawyer lawyer@firm.com, bro 555-987-6543." After that you can just say "email mom" or "text bro" and I'll know who you mean. 10. GET YOUR ACCOUNT LEDGER -- 5 credits. A full list of your requests and the credits you've spent. Ask for your address book at the same time and I'll send that too. Example: "10, send me my ledger and my address book." 11. SPECIAL REQUEST -- 5 credits. Something not on this list? Ask and a real person will read it and reply. This does not guarantee it will be granted. Example: "11, help me find a lawyer who takes appeals in Denver." COMBINE STEPS. One request can do the work AND send the result on to other people. You pay for the thing itself, plus 15 credits for the first person you send it to and 5 for each additional (up to 5 emails and 5 texts). Examples: research and text it to 3 people = 15 + 15 + 5 + 5 = 40; a screenshot emailed to 2 people = 15 + 15 + 5 = 35; a document emailed to one person = 30 + 15 = 45. Any file I attach (like a PDF) is capped at 4.5MB, so a very large result may be trimmed to fit. Every reply shows your remaining credits at the top, and comes as an easy-to-read picture plus the text. Say "text only" if you'd rather skip the picture. HOW LONG A MESSAGE CAN BE Each Securus message can hold about 19,500 characters. A character is NOT a word -- it is a single letter, a number, a mark like a comma or period, or even a blank space between words. For example, "I love you" is 10 characters: the eight letters (I, l, o, v, e, y, o, u) plus the two blank spaces between the words. So a long letter uses up characters fast. If my answer is longer than one message can hold, I split it into numbered parts (Part 1, Part 2, ...) and send them in order so nothing gets cut off. I can't break facility rules (all messages here are reviewed like regular mail) or log in as you / into private accounts. The facility reviews everything and can block a message. If they block one, the stamp it used is gone and any credits spent are not refunded -- that's on you, so keep your requests within your facility's rules. QUESTIONS? Your family on the outside can email our support team at support@autosecurelogin.com, and we do our best to reply within 48 hours. Reply now with a number and your request, and I'll get to work. -- Outside Access
