ASL Tunnel customer Android: preserve the organization and return to the right app
Customer-edition repairs improve enlarged-text navigation, app links and continuity through sign-in and an upgrade.
Work covered: Sep 28, 2026
The customer edition has its own journey
The September customer update is separate from the staff app. It corrects the customer edition’s app-link association and improves enlarged-text layouts and navigation. A sign-in or supported link should return to the intended edition rather than depend on a relationship configured for a different app.
Keep the organization choice through an upgrade
The review checked that the selected organization remained in place when the app was upgraded. That continuity matters because the organization provides context for the next connection. An update should not silently make the person repeat a choice or leave them unsure which organization the reopened app represents.
Check the surrounding routes
Acceptance included browser return, reopening the app and following Help and policy links. These are part of the ordinary customer journey, not peripheral screens that can be ignored once the main connection control is visible. Enlarged text also received its own checks so longer labels did not make the route harder to follow.
Closed-review milestone
Customer Android 1.0.1 was submitted to closed Alpha review on September 28. That differs from the staff edition’s internal-testing status and is not a public production rollout. The milestone improves the customer’s continuity across links, sign-in and upgrades while preserving the existing access scope and separate edition identity.
