ASL Connect improves Back navigation and phone sign-in layouts
The intake platform's staff Android candidate received practical corrections for moving between screens and entering credentials at larger text sizes.
Work covered: September 25–October 8, 2026
Back should follow the workflow
The September correction repairs intake Back navigation so returning from a screen follows the intended app journey. Header and sign-out layouts were also adjusted for enlarged text. These changes address ordinary repeated actions rather than adding another feature that makes the interface more crowded.
Allow room for the keyboard
Credential-entry layouts were checked with the keyboard open, where the remaining screen space is smallest. The candidate's physical-device record ties the corrections to the signed build under review. Keeping the entry fields and actions accessible is particularly important when using a larger display setting.
Recorded release status
Connect 0.7.1 was documented as a signed local Android candidate on September 28. It had not been uploaded to Google Play, and no backend deployment was part of this work. Live-account and distribution acceptance remain separate. The staff-only scope is retained; this does not announce a new public client intake app or expanded access to a firm's records.
