Network Sentinel Android: readable monitoring and Help across the whole phone journey

The signed Android update aligns monitoring, device details and offline Help, with checks beyond the landing screen.

Work covered: Sep 27, 2026

Consistency needs to reach the working screens

Android 1.2.5 brings Home, connected monitoring, device details and offline Help into the same ASL visual system. The value is not simply a new color on the first page. A person can move from an overview into a device and then to guidance without encountering unrelated presentation rules at each step.

Let language controls wrap when they need to

The update accounts for enlarged text in the language controls. Long labels should remain complete instead of forcing a person to reduce text size to use the app. This is particularly relevant when the translated wording is wider than the default-language label and when several controls share a narrow row.

Exercise the real navigation

The recorded checks include search, an empty result, read-only details, session return, sign-out and report export. Those cases test how the app behaves after the landing screen. Empty and return states are important because a layout can look polished with sample data and still become confusing when no match is found or a session changes.

Delivery status

The record verifies a signed Android delivery during the period, not a universal public Store rollout. The update improves consistency and usability without adding a new claim about identifying every device or detecting every threat. It is a distinct native milestone alongside the related web-console redesign.
