August 5 update: Tunnel goes multi-tenant, Policy Lens gets smarter search

A public-safe update on Tunnel's move to multi-tenant organizations with real sign-in and billing, a learned re-ranker for Policy Lens, and a wave of ASL Therapy features.

What changed

August 5 turned Tunnel into a real multi-tenant product with standards-based sign-in, subscription billing and alerting; gave Policy Lens an in-house learned re-ranker with citation provenance and Spanish results; and added a large batch of ASL Therapy features.

01

Tunnel becomes a multi-tenant product

Tunnel gained an organization foundation with org-scoped accounts and API access, and replaced its old embedded-webview login with real standards-based single sign-on. Subscription billing was added with a graceful past-due and suspension flow.

Operationally it gained route-offline alerting with a cooldown and email/chat delivery, an opt-in request/response inspector, and a separate native customer-facing Android app.

Customer-facing outcome

  • Multi-tenant organizations with org-scoped accounts and API
  • Standards-based single sign-on replacing the old webview login
  • Subscription billing with past-due / suspension handling
  • Route-offline alerting and a separate native Android app
02

Policy Lens: learned re-ranking and honest citations

Policy Lens introduced an in-house learned re-ranker for the shared knowledge engine, a public rules-search API that attaches retrieval provenance to every citation, and source-coverage disclosure so users can see what the search did and did not cover.

Hundreds of previously untitled sections got synthesized titles, Spanish-language results were added, and several regulatory and professional-standards corpora were consolidated into one engine — with a batch of ranking-accuracy fixes.

Customer-facing outcome

  • Learned re-ranker for the shared knowledge engine
  • Public rules-search API with provenance on every citation
  • Source-coverage disclosure and Spanish results
  • Consolidated standards corpora and ranking-accuracy fixes

A wave of ASL Therapy features

ASL Therapy added Manage Groups, a voucher ledger with client balances, practice metrics, absence tracking, a staff-chat roster, tickets on the overview, and a guided setup wizard.

It also gained a built-in directory, a board-rule finder in Training, server-side idle logoff, and URL-addressable views so help links point to the exact screen a user needs.

Customer-facing outcome

  • Manage Groups, voucher ledger, practice metrics, absence tracking
  • Guided setup wizard, built-in directory, board-rule finder
  • Server-side idle logoff and URL-addressable views
