A broad ASL Therapy workflow redesign
ASL Therapy received a large redesign aimed at running a whole practice with less friction. Billing was split into clearer Manage Billing and Invoicing areas with delegation, and the client record gained appointment types, contact notes, a full-record PDF export, CSV import, and practice branding.
Permissions became capability-based, intake and discharge moved inside client management, required-documentation tracking was added, and report approval became configurable — so a solo practice can release a report without waiting on a second approver, while larger practices keep the extra sign-off.
Customer-facing outcome
- Manage Billing / Invoicing split, with delegation
- Appointment types, contact notes, full-record PDF export, CSV import
- Capability-based permissions and required-documentation tracking
- Configurable report-approval policy for solo vs. multi-approver practices
ShopFit console v2, with real backup and restore safety
The ShopFit store-optimizer shipped a second-generation web console: a store audit, encrypted store credentials, a vendor CSV importer, and store snapshot backups. An install flow, client-report PDF export, and backup-by-email were added.
The restore path was built for safety — a dry-run before any change and read-only inventory-drift reporting, so a merchant can see exactly what a restore would do before it touches the live store. SiteFit's web console also went live with PDF and DOCX deliverables.
Customer-facing outcome
- Store audit, encrypted credentials, vendor CSV import, snapshot backups
- Install flow, client-report PDF export, backup email delivery
- Restore engine with dry-run safety and read-only drift reporting
- SiteFit console live with PDF/DOCX deliverables
Platform tidy-up
Command Center and Municipal Utilities billing were moved into their own dedicated homes, and Command Center registered the ShopFit and SiteFit consoles. Policy Lens replaced its jurisdiction tabs with a single unified per-state search and closed a search authority-boundary issue.
The messaging service was moved onto a lighter, private-by-default embedded datastore — part of an ongoing effort to keep each product's data footprint small.
Customer-facing outcome
- Command Center and Municipal billing split into dedicated homes
- Policy Lens: unified per-state search + authority-boundary fix
- Messaging moved to a lighter embedded datastore
