A public-safe update on AI Hub gaining unified accounts and adaptive routing, ASL Therapy's content-anchored audit trail, and the start of Recovery Center.

What changed

August 12 gave AI Hub unified accounts and outcome-based adaptive routing, strengthened ASL Therapy's audit trail so it's anchored to content, and kicked off the Recovery Center tool.

AI Hub: accounts and adaptive routing

AI Hub added unified accounts with device security and account-first authentication, plus outcome-based adaptive routing that runs a "champion vs. challenger" comparison to keep sending work to whatever is performing best.

It also added project-scoped orchestration, a guided desktop companion setup, expanded backup coverage, and Windows Store packaging.

Customer-facing outcome

  • Unified accounts with device security and account-first sign-in
  • Outcome-based champion/challenger adaptive routing
  • Project-scoped orchestration and a guided desktop companion
  • Expanded backups and Windows Store packaging

Audit integrity you can trust

ASL Therapy strengthened its audit-trail integrity so the record is anchored to its actual content — not just a running count — and every change is written together with its audit entry in one atomic step, so the two can't drift apart.

Referrer data was also masked in access logs. These are the kinds of controls that make an audit trail meaningful rather than decorative.

Customer-facing outcome

  • Audit trail anchored to content, not just a count
  • Each change written atomically with its audit entry
  • Referrer data masked in access logs
