Client workflows became more connected without merging their records
ASL Meet added bilingual meeting controls, scheduled-room support and invitation workflows. Therapy, Municipal Utilities and Repo Runner continued adopting shared support and ticket paths while preserving separate organization and product permissions.
For a buyer, the important change is continuity: intake, a meeting, a document, a ticket and follow-up can become one supported journey without turning every application into one giant database.
Customer-facing outcome
- Bilingual meeting and invitation workflows
- Reusable support and ticket handoff
- Organization-specific permissions remain in place
- Protected product records stay separated
ShopFit and SiteFit established an evidence-to-action growth model
ShopFit began as a scored storefront and catalog audit for Shopify merchants. SiteFit applied the same public-site review approach to organizations on other website platforms. Both products focus first on observable evidence: search metadata, structured data, accessibility, performance, content gaps and distribution readiness.
The commercial boundary is deliberate. Recommendations and generated material remain reviewable work, not permission for autonomous changes. That gives merchants and site owners a useful path from finding to draft to approval while keeping control of their public presence.
Customer-facing outcome
- Storefront and catalog audit
- Platform-neutral website assessment
- Prioritized fixes and content opportunities
- Client approval before implementation
Public-service products improved source quality and mobile access
Policy Lens expanded its source monitoring and county coverage while strengthening the rule that unsupported questions should not receive confident answers. WIC Companion, Doctor Search and HomelessHelper also advanced public-resource and mobile workflows with clearer validation and recovery paths.
These tools do not promise eligibility, official decisions or professional advice. Their value is orientation: help someone locate a relevant source, understand the next verification step and continue through a readable English or Spanish experience.
Customer-facing outcome
- Citation-first policy answers
- Expanded public-resource coverage
- Mobile and offline recovery improvements
- Visible limits for official and professional decisions
