AI HUB CUSTOMER GUIDE
Your account, your subscription, your first completed task.
The AI Hub service runs in your browser and connects to the free AI Hub Companion on Windows. A hosted-service subscription and a desktop-app purchase are different products. This guide explains which one you need and how to confirm each action really completed.
Support: support@autosecurelogin.com.
1. Create and protect your account
- Open AI Hub and select Create account.
- Choose a unique username and a strong password of at least 12 characters. Leave the invitation field blank to create your own organization. If an administrator invited you, use their invitation instead; it joins their organization and consumes one of its seats.
- After signing in, open My account. Generate one-time recovery codes and save them securely outside AI Hub. Generating another set invalidates the previous set.
- Use the same account in the web app and AI Hub Companion. Provider account sign-in is separate from AI Hub sign-in.
Your password and recovery codes are not support credentials. Never email them. You can inspect active devices, sign out another device, or change your password from My account.
2. Choose a service plan
| Monthly service | US price | Organization seats |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $19/month | 1 |
| Professional | $49/month | 3 |
| Business | $149/month | 10 |
Confirm the final amount, currency, tax if applicable, and renewal terms on the actual checkout. Active members and outstanding invitations count toward the seat limit. A seat is an organization member, not a GPU lease or a promise of unlimited AI usage.
What you are paying for
The service coordinates AI routing, provider connections, project rules, approved work and usage records. API charges on accounts you connect are billed by those providers separately. Supported consumer subscriptions use their own official clients and limits; an AI Hub subscription does not turn them into API credit.
The currently configured Starter plan includes a bounded managed-provider allowance of up to $1 of provider cost per UTC calendar month, subject to the account's current allowance and admission checks. Professional and Business are currently customer-provider-account plans, not larger managed-usage bundles. Read the live Managed provider allowance panel before assuming any provider usage is included. Unknown or unreconciled usage is not free.
AI Hub Companion is free in the Microsoft Store. PC Steward and rBroker are separate desktop purchases; Master Suite combines the native workspaces in one desktop product. Buying a desktop product does not purchase this recurring hosted subscription or your third-party AI subscriptions.
3. Pay and verify activation
- In My account → Plan and billing, select a plan and choose the secure checkout button.
- Review the plan and renewal terms on Stripe. AI Hub does not collect your card number. AI Hub is a paid product, not a donation. Purchases and renewals are non-refundable except where required by law. Review the product-specific terms and no-refunds policy before submitting payment.
- Return to AI Hub. If asked, sign in to the same account that started checkout. Payment is confirmed by the server, not by a word in the address bar.
- Wait for the account to show the paid plan and its verified payment state. A processing message is not confirmation. If checkout remains pending, resume that checkout instead of creating a second subscription.
Using Stripe's Back link cancels the checkout visit; it does not cancel an existing paid subscription. The app rereads the actual subscription state after return. Closing the browser does not stop renewal.
4. Complete your first AI task
- Choose Route work and describe a small, concrete outcome, such as a short draft or summary. Include the expected format and important constraints.
- Select the intended project where relevant. Project policy can restrict providers, accounts, task types and spending.
- Review the proposed route, provider, model, estimated cost and any missing connection. A recommendation is not a completed run.
- Approve execution only when its destination and cost are acceptable. A free evaluation does not grant free platform-funded AI calls.
- Review the actual result and its usage or receipt. Check the final status before retrying a failure: a provider may have started work even if a network reply was interrupted.
Start with a small task before enabling longer workflows. AI output needs human review and is not a professional or safety-critical determination.
Managed allowance versus your own provider account
In Connections, your own API accounts remain the first choice. If you have no eligible connected account and your paid plan includes managed usage, AI Hub can propose an eligible, cost-certified single-task API route from the separate ASL-managed provider allowance lane. It does not add a personal API key to your account or turn a consumer subscription into API credit. Check the actual provider, model, requested task and cost before approving. A longer durable workflow may still require your own supported provider connections.
The billing panel shows the included allowance, known usage, reserved work and remaining amount. The calendar reset is labeled in UTC; it is not your local midnight or necessarily the subscription renewal date. A positive remaining number never overrides an expired, suspended or canceled subscription. Unknown-cost work must be reconciled before more managed work can be admitted.
If a route cannot run
No connected provider: check your paid account status, the managed lane and your own provider connections. No eligible or certified route: describe the actual task clearly and review model or project restrictions; do not assume every model supports every task. Allowance inactive or exhausted: review My account before trying again. Provider unavailable: retain the displayed time, task description and receipt reference and contact support. Do not repeatedly submit a request whose first outcome is still unknown.
5. Connect your own accounts or computers
AI-provider accounts
Use API accounts to configure provider-issued API credentials you are authorized to use. Keys are encrypted on the service and are not returned to the browser. For supported consumer-plan work, pair the free Companion with the official provider client and approve the requested work. AI Hub does not need your provider password or browser cookies.
Private computers across different networks
Use a connected fleet server, compatible rBroker nodes and explicit task approval. rBroker controls resource admission on each machine; AI Hub describes and coordinates the work. PC Steward adds diagnostics. Master Suite integrates the native workspaces without requiring the other three desktop applications to be running.
Fleet jobs should show a readable title, purpose, stage and expected result. An offline node cannot run a new step. A submitted task is not a completed delivery: confirm the destination and verified output. Use the desktop and fleet guide for enrollment, file transfer, recovery, cancellation and always-running nodes.
6. Manage, cancel or question a charge
After a subscription is confirmed, an organization administrator can open My account → Manage billing to use Stripe's customer portal. Check the subscription, invoice history and payment method there. Follow the portal's cancellation confirmation and verify the scheduled end date on return. Cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.
Read the current AI Hub refund and cancellation terms before purchasing. Send billing disputes or duplicate-charge concerns to support@autosecurelogin.com with a receipt reference and date. Never send card numbers. ASL cannot reverse charges collected independently by an AI provider or app store.
Cancellation date and refund status are different
The cancellation confirmation tells you whether service ends immediately or on a scheduled date. The returned billing panel shows that date when supplied by Stripe; after entitlement ends it shows Inactive — subscription access ended. Closing a window, signing out, requesting account deletion, or seeing unused allowance does not cancel renewal.
A refund request, a processor-issued refund and the money appearing on your card statement are three different states. Support can check the first two using a receipt reference; your bank controls the final posting time. Do not purchase a second subscription to recover a pending checkout. Use the existing checkout or contact support@autosecurelogin.com. AI Hub is a paid product with no refunds except where required by law. There is no voluntary refund window or prorated refund for unused time or allowance; the linked product policy explains cancellation and mandatory rights.
7. Recover access and manage data
From Sign in, select Recover, enter your username and one unused recovery code, and choose a new password. Recovery signs out other sessions and invalidates the old recovery set; generate and save new codes. If you have no recovery code, contact support. Support must verify authority before changing access.
The Privacy and AI Reporting Center accepts authenticated data and content requests. Keep its reference. A submitted request is not proof of completed deletion or moderation. Removing a desktop installation does not erase hosted records, cancel a subscription, or delete files held by your own fleet.
Read the privacy notice and retention information. Selected provider and fleet operators may retain their own copies under their own policies.
8. Resolve common problems
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Sign-in required | Sign in to AI Hub, not just the provider website. Use the same account that created the project or checkout. |
| Checkout pending | Resume the existing checkout and let the server confirm it. Do not pay again merely because a return page was interrupted. |
| No usable provider | Check the connection, project restrictions, available budget and supported task type. A preferred route can be unavailable to your account. |
| Managed allowance not included or exhausted | Check the live allowance panel. Connect an authorized customer-funded provider if appropriate; repeated retries do not create credit. |
| Node offline or awaiting admission | Check the fleet connection and rBroker status on that node. Do not bypass the broker or assume unused-looking memory has been granted. |
| Too many requests | Stop rapid repeat clicks, allow the indicated retry delay, and try once. Preserve the last result instead of starting duplicate work. |
For support include the app/version, readable task purpose, affected action, exact error, time and timezone, and last successful step. Share only reviewed, necessary diagnostic details. Do not send provider keys, passwords, fleet secrets, customer prompts or results by default. No guaranteed response time or round-the-clock human support is implied.
