Ask and Help, one engine
The Ask popup on autosecurelogin.com now uses Help Engine 0.14.0, the same engine behind every product's Help pages, instead of a separate assistant. SpellGuard visibly corrects a typo such as "lonux" to "linux" for retrieval while keeping what you wrote, and ContextGuard asks which product you mean rather than guessing.
Product selection works in English and Spanish, a product page preselects itself, and answers show exact source excerpts. The previous stand-alone assistant no longer answers new questions and is kept only for its old feedback records.
Customer-facing outcome
- One shared engine behind Ask and Help
- SpellGuard corrects, ContextGuard asks
- Exact source excerpts with every answer
A new look, same words
The site was re-skinned to match the brand art: a deep navy ground, brushed-silver headings, a glowing blue shield and silver buttons. Every page's text, links and forms were proven identical to the previous version, and the preserved legal, consent and Spanish pages picked the look up through the shared stylesheets.
The same palette was then swept across the sign-in page, whose heading now reads SIGN IN / CREATE, the support site, Outside Access, the games hub, Bars or Badge, StubSafe and the shared Help launcher, with contrast measured live at zero failures.
Customer-facing outcome
- Navy, brushed silver and electric blue, from the brand art
- Text, links and forms unchanged
- Sign-in page and every app surface aligned
PlateScan early access, and release work
PlateScan's early-access Android app can be downloaded directly from platescan.autosecurelogin.com until it reaches the store. It needs no account, reads a plate from one photo, asks whether the read is right, and covers the photo and its use with a single opt-in.
Outside Access 1.2.0 was signed with its recovered original key and saved as a production draft ready to release; X-Ray Lite 1.0.5 was submitted as a paid app; HomelessHelper's current candidate gained genuine bilingual screenshots; BandSight and the sign-in console fixed accent-insensitive Spanish help search; and ASL Tunnel agents stopped dropping their link after idle periods, verified against production.
Customer-facing outcome
- PlateScan early-access download, no account
- Outside Access 1.2.0 draft ready to release
- Tunnel agents stay connected through idle
