Outside Access, the service that lets someone inside reach the wider internet through the messaging they already pay for, now recognizes Colorado public-policy questions, from statutes and regulations to agency guidance, correctional policy and parole rules, and answers them from the grounded Policy Lens sources rather than a general web search.
Image generation is connected end to end: a resident describes the outcome they want, and the image comes back with their message. The service sends only the request, never account or provider details.

Policy Lens: a much larger Colorado record
Policy Lens gained a reproducible way to acquire substantially more of Colorado's official legal and government record, including hundreds of appellate opinions, Chief Justice directives, executive orders and Attorney General opinions, judicial rules, and more than ten thousand State Publications Library files.
The shared help engine behind it also shipped a bilingual health contract so its safeguards report in English and Spanish.
