Bilingual family communication

A clearer, safer way for families to stay connected through incarceration.

APMSG brings account management, recorded messages, voicemail, trusted-family controls, credits, and dedicated-number continuity into one mobile-first English and Spanish experience.

The problem this solves

Replace fragmented work with one understandable path.

Families often juggle fragmented phone systems, changing contact numbers, unclear balances, and limited visibility into who can manage an account. APMSG creates one understandable place to manage connection without pretending that a correctional facility or delivery provider is under the family’s control.

What the product can do

Capability with a purpose.

01

Family-controlled accounts

Keep balances, linked people, communication history, and account settings in one place designed for mobile use.

02

Private person linking

Connect a person using a DOC number, last name, and private PIN instead of exposing a searchable roster of other families.

03

Recorded messages and voicemail

Support voice-first communication with short-lived, account-bound listening links and clearly communicated retention expectations.

04

Dedicated-number continuity

Trusted family members can request or replace a dedicated number under documented limits when that capability is active.

05

Credits with guardrails

Server-controlled prices, allocation controls, transaction history, daily limits, and optional auto-top-up reduce surprises.

06

English and Spanish throughout

Onboarding, account management, Help, Privacy, checkout, and mobile navigation are designed in both languages.

How a pilot works

Start small. Verify the workflow. Expand with evidence.

Review the family workflow

Identify who manages the account, who may be linked, and which communication paths are authorized.

Configure a closed pilot

Set consent language, support procedures, delivery mode, retention, pricing, and provider boundaries.

Test before enabling delivery

Verify identity, consent, STOP/HELP handling, message receipt, billing reconciliation, and deletion behavior end to end.

Trust is part of the product

Honest boundaries build better software.

APMSG limits its Android permissions, disables cleartext traffic and device backup, protects session material with the device security layer, never returns private PINs, and keeps listening links short-lived. Those safeguards support a responsible service; they do not replace correctional-facility rules, provider approval, or legal review.

Questions buyers ask

What to know before choosing APMSG.

Is APMSG sending live messages today?

Not from this August 4 backup. The service remains in controlled demo delivery mode until provider and acceptance gates are complete.

Does APMSG expose everyone connected to the same person?

No. Family relationships are intentionally separated, and an account does not enumerate unrelated families.

Can a family manage more than one person?

Yes. The family experience supports multiple linked people while preserving separate visibility and access decisions.

Is APMSG available in Spanish?

Yes. The web and Android customer experience includes English and Spanish.

Is this a correctional-facility integration?

No current facility integration is claimed. APMSG is designed around its own authorized, consent-based communication workflow.
