ASL AI Hub Companion — desktop privacy and data handling

Updated September 13, 2026 for desktop candidate 0.14.2. Provider: ASL LLC. Contact: support@autosecurelogin.com.

Local profiles and deliberate connections

AI Hub Companion has separate provider-connection and fleet-workflow workspaces. Opening the application does not pair an account, connect a fleet, approve a workflow or transmit a support report. Desktop profiles are separate from PC Steward, rBroker and Master Suite profiles. Credentials are not silently imported from those products. Windows user protection and local access controls protect saved private credentials and workflow keys; they do not protect against every compromised administrator or an already-compromised signed-in user account.

Provider clients and the configured AI Hub platform

Deliberate pairing connects the chosen official client to the intended workspace. The configured provider and platform receive the instructions, task content, connection metadata and receipts needed for the approved operation. Provider sign-in remains with that provider's official client. Content may include personal or confidential information that you choose to supply.

Review the provider's and selected platform's policies before doing so. Those services and accounts have separate terms, retention and charges. The Companion download is free; ASL service subscriptions and third-party charges are separate. Downloading the app does not change those terms or subscribe you.

This notice is not the separate hosted AI Hub platform's policy.

Fleet workflow data

Connecting to your chosen coordinator sends normal network metadata, including the connecting IP address, and authenticates the named dispatcher role. The coordinator returns authorized node availability and resource observations. Saved plans include user-supplied titles, projects, purposes, stages, expected results, selected nodes, handlers, resource requests, dependencies and destinations. Do not include private prompts, credentials or sensitive paths merely to make a status label more descriptive. These labels are operational data, not guaranteed anonymous information.

Approving and advancing a plan intentionally sends its scoped work to the coordinator and authorized nodes. Fleet membership alone does not permit execution. The selected resource node separately validates consent and obtains local resource admission. Customer-hosted fleet traffic is not automatically forwarded to the default ASL coordinator.

Inputs, outputs and recovery records

An approved transfer can transmit selected input files, intermediate results and final outputs through the coordinator to permitted recipients. Trust the executing nodes and server operator with material they need to process. Encryption at rest, HTTPS and integrity hashes do not make content invisible to its authorized processor or guarantee anonymity.

Protected local journals preserve workflow plans, original operations, attempts and receipts for interruption recovery and replay protection. Completed workflows can be explicitly archived; archiving does not delete delivered files. Unresolved work must not be concealed by removing its private state. Coordinator operators control their quotas, retention and backups; local profile removal does not remove remote records or exported copies. Closing the application is not a request to stop accepted remote work.

Support and content reporting

The Help center report action opens a local email draft addressed to support@autosecurelogin.com with fixed blank fields. It reads or attaches no task, prompt, result, identity, credential, customer file or log. Nothing is sent automatically. You decide what to enter and whether to send through your chosen email provider, which then handles that message under its own policy. If no email app is available, write to the displayed address yourself.

Do not send harmful media, credentials or unreviewed private content. ASL reviews concerns about its products and operated services; a customer-operated server's owner controls its retained content and access. Reporting to ASL cannot silently delete another operator's records. No automatic moderation or response-time guarantee is implied.

Choices and contact

The desktop application includes no advertising or third-party advertising analytics SDK and performs no automatic support upload. Choose endpoints, participants, shared descriptions, selected files and output destinations deliberately. Review exports before sharing. Microsoft Store, Windows, independent tools, provider clients and customer hosting have separate policies. For ASL questions, contact support@autosecurelogin.com; for records held on a customer-operated fleet, also contact that operator. Requests may require non-secret information to identify the deployment and verify authority.
